Delivery and delivery time
Orders will be delivered as soon as possible or on the delivery date specified by the Buyer. The latest delivery period is 30 days after the delivery date specified by the Buyer. The stated delivery time is only an indication, therefore no rights can be derived from this.
Deliveries take place at the address specified by the Buyer during the conclusion of the agreement.
The Buyer is obliged to take delivery of the purchased goods within the agreed term. In the absence of this, USfoodz is entitled, on the basis of the provisions of Article 6:60 of the Dutch Civil Code, to demand that the competent court release USfoodz from the obligation to deliver the agreed products, or to pay the purchase price of the products without prior notice of default. to claim the portion that has not been taken. If the Buyer does not meet its payment obligation, USfoodz is entitled to declare the agreement dissolved without judicial intervention.
